Change Package Source of FreeBSD

Edit the file /etc/pkg/FreeBSD.conf with your favourite Editor

vi /etc/pkg/FreeBSD.conf

Change the url from pkg+http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/${ABI}/quarterly to a mirror of your choice, e.g. pkg+http://pkg0.nyi.freebsd.org/${ABI}/quarterly.
